Skyward Sword was awesome. It didn’t quite make it to the top of my personal Zelda rankings since I’ve had a couple of months to reflect on it. The Zelda demo for the Wii U on the other hand is already epic. As a matter of fact, I can’t think of a single Zelda that isn’t awesome outside of the Phillips CD-I versions that weren’t developed by Nintendo or Flagship.
One look at this and and Nintendo fans shouldn’t be worried about Nintendo’s late entry into 1080p and advanced graphics. It looks like they’re capable to me. As a matter of fact, if Skyward Sword had these graphics, I’m pretty sure near-perfect scores would’ve been perfect. Can you imagine new Zelda baddie Demise in these graphics?
